Chamomile has calming and sedative effects to promote healthy sleep and decrease insomnia. Lavender may also assist with a restful night sleep by decreasing blood pressure and heart rate and promoting a sense of calm. Frankincense helps to decrease negative emotions and stress reactions, while promoting feelings of peace, relaxation, satisfaction and overall wellness. It has also been found to decrease blood pressure and heart rate, thus contributing to a deep and restful night sleep.

HOW TO USE

Create a calming bedtime ritual that sets your body up for a restful night sleep when used regularly. Spray 3-5 mists onto your pillow, sheets and/or above your head. Shake bottle before use.
