HOW TO USE
Yoga Mat Spray: Shake bottle and spray directly onto mat. Wipe clean using a towel and allow to dry before rolling up. Use after each yoga session. Can also be used as a room spray to set the tone before your practice.

Meditation Spray: Separation occurs naturally—gently shake to re-distribute contents. Spray 6–8 times into the air above your head or around your space. Use before or after your practice, meditation, or anytime you wish to reset your energy.
