Shipping policy
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but understand that we are a team of humans! You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Please note that orders may be delayed due to postal service problems that are outside of our control, but know that we will do everything in our control to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our business location in Chilliwack. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours will be sent to you via email. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Local delivery
We provide local delivery for a low fee. That way if you are local to Chilliwack, you can avoid the shipping costs by choosing this convenient option. After placing your order and selecting local delivery at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready to be delivered in 2-7 business days. We have set delivery days, therefore the length of time before you receive your order depends on the day the order was placed. You will receive email notifications along the way to let you know when your order has been processed, when it will be delivered and finally after it has been delivered.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@mamabarenaturals.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not currently allow shipping to P.O. Boxes. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please note that beauty products and soap cannot be returned due to their nature. See our full return policy here.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@mamabarenaturals.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
