Our calming roller bottle is handmade locally and scented with pure essential oils specifically chosen for their sleep inducing qualities. Designed to create a fun and relaxing bedtime routine that preps your little one for relaxation and signals their mind for sleep. 

Chamomile has calming and sedative effects to promote healthy sleep and decrease insomnia. Traditionally, it as been regarded as a mild tranquillizer and sleep-inducer. Sedative effects may be due to the flavonoid, apigenin that binds to benzodiazepine receptors in the brain. It has been found that chamomile flavonoids and essential oils penetrate below the skin surface into the deeper skin layers. This is important to note due to its anti-inflammatory properties. 

Lavender is associated with feelings of calm, relaxation and peace. Lavender may assist with restful sleep by decreasing blood pressure and heart rate. It is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, while also assisting with wound healing and tissue growth due to its high level of antioxidants.

HOW TO USE

Roll along spine and on soles of feet before bed to help calm nerves and assist with a deep, restful sleep.
